FALL LEAVES!

 1-2-3-JUMP!

The girls had a blast playing in the leaves this afternoon.  We love fall and Indian summer! 

1ST. DAY BACK TO PRE-SCHOOL!

Today was Sienna's first day back to pre-school.  She will be going three mornings a week this year.  She asked me to curl her hair for her first day back so we tried something new.  It turned out really curly and really cute!  She loved it and got exactly what she wanted!  When I first took the "twists" out this morning, it was wild!  After it relaxed a bit, it looked great!  

I wish that I had heard of this hair technique while in high school.  I could have saved a fortune!  The amount I spent on perms could have fed a small village!  The motto was "Go big or go home!"

As nice as summer holidays were, Sienna was really excited to get back to school to see her friends and teachers!

PARKSVILLE

We spent the first week of our holidays in Parksville at the beach.  Our wonderful friends Darren and Angie, Skyler and Riley met us there for a few days.  It was so nice to spend time with them and the girls had a fabulous time together on the beach.  We did some mini golfing, checked out the butterflies at Butterfly World, went to Coombs to see the goats on the roof.  Too bad the goats were either eating or sleeping most of the time we were there.  We did manage to catch a glimpse on our way out.   The first day was a little rainy but other than that, the sun was shining everyday!  

KELOWNA!

We just love spending time in Kelowna, especially when the weather is so good!   The weather at home was so lousy we went to BC and found the sunshine!  The kids are so fun now and really love doing everything there is to do.  Boat rides, swimming in the lake, sand castles, spray parks, and eating ice cream are just some of the great memories we made!
