SNOWMEN & SNOW ANGELS

The girls had a lot of fun building their snowman!


Sienna has been wanting to make a snow angel for the longest time. The weather finally warmed up enough to go outside and do it!

Maria had really fast hands, spoke very little english, was really sweet, had four kids and braided hair on the beach! That's all I found out in the 30 minutes it took for her to braid Sienna's hair!

After almost 2 weeks with the Mexican braids, it was time they came out. They needed to come out earlier but Sienna really wanted to leave them to show her school friends.

It took four times as long to take them out as it did for super-fast braider Maria to put them in! Sienna loved them and it made for easy hair days!

After they were all out Sienna looked in the mirror and declared she looked just like Hannah Montana! I have no idea how she even knows who Hannah Montana is?!

CHRISTMAS IN MEXICO

Reality hit last night as we stepped off the airplane to negative temperatures. We're home! Mexico was wonderful, we had a fantastic time. The resort was so perfect for kids but there was lots for everyone to do. We loved having Grandma and Grandpa there too, it's always a good time with them!

Before we left, Sienna was concerned that Santa might not be able to find us so we wrote him a letter letting him know we were going to be away. He came through for us, and found us in Mexico! The promise that chips and margaritas would be waiting for him might have helped!!
